The bills are due by the 15th of each month.

(If the 15th is over the weekend feel free to use the drop or pay online. We will pick up the drop boxes on Monday morning) 

On the 16th or the Monday after the 15th you will have a penalty added to your account


 Disconnect Notice are mailed around the third week of the month.

Penalty

Payment is due in our Office or the Drop Boxes by 3:00 pm on the 15th of each month. If the 15th is over the weekend you can still use the drop boxes that weekend or pay online.  If  we don't receive payment the penalty has changed as of 5/1/2017 it is now $10.00 plus 10 percent of your bill.

Toilets that stick open can waste hundreds of gallons of water per day if undetected. You should check all toilet tanks in your home regularly to make sure that the float is adjusted properly and the flap in the bottom of the tank closes after flushing. 

We do try to contact you if you are on the leak report. we have current information on file. So remember to keep us up to date with your current phone numbers.
